It is late, incomplete, subject to endless revision or review cycles, or just plain missing in action.<\/p>\n<p>In this session, June Chang, a graphic designer with both in-house and freelance web clients, and Arthur Smith, a digital producer who works with content-heavy websites for educational audiences share their experiences and some hard-won wisdom and suggestions for communicating with clients, and helping them help themselves and you.
