We need volunteers for multiple tasks:
- Registration – 2-4 people
Help with registration, badges, sponsors/swag table, questions
- Audio/Video – 2-4 people
Record video/handle audio/etc. - Session Wardens – 1-2 people
Helping speakers setup/coordinating, keeping sessions on time, letting speakers know they are running out of time, etc.
- Food/Catering – 2-4 people
Help setup coffee/snacks/manage lunch line, etc.
- Wayfinder – 1-2 people
Help people find where they are going and make sure attendees easily find registration, session rooms, bathrooms, etc.
We’ve had quite a bit of volunteer applications and right now, volunteer submissions are closed.
